Health & Safety Disclaimer

Last updated: January 2025

Please read this carefully before starting any Renwella exercise. Your safety matters more than any workout.

Not medical advice

Renwella provides general fitness and wellness content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor or another qualified health professional. Nothing in the app or on our website should be taken as a personal medical recommendation.

Check with your doctor first

Talk to your doctor before beginning this or any new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis or joint problems, balance issues, have had recent surgery, are recovering from an illness or injury, are pregnant, or take medication that affects your heart rate, balance, or blood pressure. If you are unsure whether exercise is right for you, ask your doctor.

Listen to your body

  • Start slowly and progress gently. There is no rush.
  • Use the seated or lower-impact option whenever you need to. Every lesson includes one.
  • Warm up, keep water nearby, and rest whenever you feel you need to.
  • Never push through pain.

Stop and seek help immediately if you feel unwell

Stop exercising at once and contact a medical professional or your local emergency number if you experience chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, dizziness or faintness, an irregular or racing heartbeat, sudden weakness, or any pain that concerns you. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency services right away.

Weight and nutrition

Our guidance promotes gentle, sustainable habits. We do not provide extreme calorie targets, restrictive diets, or rapid weight-loss plans. Any projections we show are honest, realistic estimates, not promises — individual results vary. For personalised nutrition or medical dietary needs, please consult a registered dietitian or your doctor.

Your responsibility

By using Renwella, you confirm that you are exercising at your own pace and within your own limits, and you take responsibility for exercising safely. If you have any doubt about your ability to exercise safely, do not begin until you have spoken with your doctor.
